Transformation Education Institute working through DISCES/CEC and Normal De Especialization proudly welcomed  special education teacher Brenda Guerrero form Monterrey for a cross cultural educational program in Canada.

The goal was to exchange information and gain an enhanced understanding   of special education through site visits and shared presentations between Brenda and her Canadian colleagues.
